Grobe's Nursery and Garden Centre has offered 100% Premium Florida Cypress Mulch for sale to gardeners and landscapers for almost 30 years.

Little did we realize, until quite recently, about its popular use for pet bedding (in particular to snakes and other reptiles).

YES - THIS IS THE RIGHT STUFF!

Here are some key points to know as it pertains to the supply of this product:

1) We have only offered 100% Premium Cypress Mulch for sale.  Many years ago we recognized the inherent risks to plants of a blended cypress/pine/other wood product in the landscape and took steps to ensure that our supply would only be 100% Cypress wood.
2) We import by the tractor trailer load. While we have this product in good supply throughout planting/gardening season, it is not uncommon for us to have some of this product available through the winter too. We store it inside (albeit not heated) to try to limit freezing. If you need to ensure supply to your pets through the winter, it is IN YOUR INTEREST to purchase your requirements in late fall.
3) Product is available in 2 cu. ft. bags only.
4) Pricing is based on the volume you require. Price breaks occur at 3, 7, 14, 40 and 75 (full pallet).
5) We can ship larger quantities (40+ bags) by LTL haulers.  If this is you... just ask!  We are sorry - but we do not ship smaller quantities. 
6) We are 'plant people'.. not 'pet people' - so please do not ask us 'pet care' questions.  We defer to those who know much more about this than us!
